Delphi Energy & Chassis Names Mckean Director Of Plant Quality

TROY, Mich. - Brad McKean has been named director of plant quality for Delphi Energy & Chassis Systems, a division of Delphi Corporation (NYSE: DPH).

The move is effective April 1. McKean will report to Dave Krausch, Delphi Energy & Chassis Systems director of customer satisfaction. He succeeds Anna Thomas, who was promoted to facility manager for the division's Flint East, Mich., operations last month.

In his new position, McKean will be responsible for leading quality improvement activities among the division's worldwide manufacturing facilities.

"Brad is a great addition to our team," said Krausch. "He's worked extensively with our customers, he's an excellent leader, and he's extremely knowledgeable about our tools for improving quality, including Six Sigma and our Delphi Manufacturing System. Brad will help us implement change through identifying opportunities for improvement and removing obstacles."

McKean, 40, was previously quality manager for Delphi Energy & Chassis Mexico operations. He has held numerous engineering and quality positions during his 21-year career at Delphi.

McKean earned his bachelor's of electrical engineering degree at Purdue University (1984). He also holds a master's degree in business administration from the University of Texas at El Paso (1996).
