AUBURN HILLS, Mich. The nation's largest medical society dedicated to promoting the health of workers through preventive medicine, clinical care, research and education has reelected Delphi Powertain's Medical Director to its board. Dr. Joseph (Joe) Fortuna will add to his duties at Delphi by serving a three-year term on the Board of Directors of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (ACOEM).

"The ACOEM also helps keep us informed of best practices in companies similar to Delphi and provides a forum for recognition of our own advances in health and safety."
Fortuna has been a member of the Board since 2006 and serves as the Chair of the ACOEM's Section on Underserved Occupational Populations. At Delphi, he has served as project manager for the Delphi Absence Management Program and the Delphi Health Information System (HERS) Program and serves as the Business Manager of Medical Supply purchasing.
