Alisher Khudayberdiev to manage Delphi's growth in the independent aftermarket and diesel business in Russia

Moscow, Russia In January, Delphi named Alisher Khudayberdiev as Independent Aftermarket and Diesel Business Development and Country Director for Products & Services Solutions (DPSS) in Russia. This is in line with DPSS global strategy of geographical expansion and customer growth.
Taking advantage of the rapid and significant growth of the Russian Market, Alisher will have the responsibility to support DPSS in the definition and implementation of its expansion strategy in Russia, for aftermarket and diesel portfolio, as well as lead the expansion of the Delphi Service Center concept in Russia. The Delphi Service Center concept provides garages with air conditioning, chassis, petrol engine management, and diesel engine management programs referred to as DieselPoint. These programs provide the training, technology and support needed to take advantage of the large service opportunity in Russia.
Alisher has an Engineering Degree from Moscow State Institute of Steel and Alloys, as well as an Economist Degree from the Russian Foreign Trade Academy. Alisher started his career in 1993 with the Ministry for Foreign Economic Affairs of Uzbekistan Republic as Deputy Director, Export Department. In 1999, he joined Stor Garant, Spare Parts Distribution Company as Managing Director and in 2000 he became the President of Group Auto Union CIS, responsible for the following territories: Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and Moldova. Alisher speaks Russian, English, Uzbek and Turkish.

Delphi's network of diesel specialists offers advanced on- and off-vehicle diagnostics for passenger cars and off-highway vehicles. The diesel network's capability now includes a full diagnostic and repair service for Common Rail and Electronic Unit injectors, as well as pumps. This service is performed in a clean environment using the latest test equipment based on the Hartridge AVM2PC. Delphi customers can expect service to OE quality standards ensuring reliability and original performance.
