Testing Services

The Durability Laboratory at the Delphi Mexico Technical Center (MTC) offers accurate and efficient thermal and environmental testing services to help manufacturers demonstrate life expectancy of automotive powertrain components and a wide range of non-automotive products. These services can help customers determine warranty performance, which can help reduce costs associated with product failure.

The MTC Durability Laboratory's services include long-term product testing progress and root-cause failure prediction and reporting.

Highly skilled and trained technicians at the MTC Durability Laboratory use state-of-the-art test equipment and apply industry standards for reliable product durability evaluation.

The Delphi MTC Durability Laboratory performs humidity testing to determine product deterioration due to exposure to extreme temperatures and relative humidity up to 99%.
