Delphi Mexico Technical Center Metallic Materials Analysis and Testing Laboratory

The Metallic Materials Analysis and Testing Laboratory at the Delphi Mexico Technical Center (MTC) provides manufacturers with a wide variety of metallurgical analysis services ranging from structural integrity to proper heat treatment. The Lab can also help evaluate the characteristics of metals, such as microstructure, forming process, and compliance to specification requirements.

Delphi's Metallic Materials Analysis and Testing Laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art instrumentation. Its dedicated staff of scientists and technicians offers valuable expertise in metals failure analysis, characterization and processing, which manufacturers may not have in-house or that can supplement their existing capabilities.
