The Metallic Materials Analysis and Testing Laboratory at the Delphi Mexico Technical Center (MTC) provides manufacturers with a wide variety of metallurgical analysis services ranging from structural integrity to proper heat treatment. The Lab can also help evaluate the characteristics of metals, such as microstructure, forming process, and compliance to specification requirements.

Tensile Testing Equipment is used for mechanical testing of materials with load cell capabilities of 10N, 100N, 1,000N and 10,000N.

Scanning Electron Microscope-Energy Dispersive Spectroscope provides high magnification microscopy for failure analysis and micro analysis.
