Delphi T-11 Small Engine Fuel Pump
The Delphi T-11 Small Engine Fuel Pump is designed to provide uninterrupted flow of fuel to an engine using fuel injection at system pressure. It is specifically designed for use with small gasoline engines. It measures 30 mm in diameter compared to typical automotive fuel pumps, which are 38 mm to 44 mm in diameter.
The Delphi T-11 Fuel Pump features low current draw — less than 1.4 amps compared to 6 amps, which is characteristic for automotive fuel pumps — while providing a minimum flow rate of 3 grams⁄second (14.4 liters⁄hour) at 12 V and 250 kPa. The Delphi T-11 Fuel Pump is available with a standard copper commutator, or optional carbon commutator.
The Delphi T-11 Fuel Pump is offered as a stand-alone inline unit, or it can be integrated into a complete fuel module with optional features that could include:
- Fuel level sensor
- Fuel limiting switch
- Jet pump fuel transfer
- Radio frequency interference (RFI) package
- Integral fuel filter
- Integral pressure regulator
- Small, compact size enables significantly greater packaging flexibility when space is at a premium

The Delphi-T11 Small Engine Fuel Pump is designed for use in non-automotive small gasoline engine applications such as motorcycles, scooters, small all-terrain vehicles, snowmobiles, personal watercraft and lawn and garden equipment. It can also be used as a transfer pump for automotive auxiliary fuel tanks.
The Delphi T-11 Small Engine Fuel Pump can be used with fuel injection systems to help reduce emissions by lowering heat⁄vapor generation.
