Delphi Silicone Rubber Injection Molding enables both a significant quality improvement and material waste reduction that virtually eliminates scrap. The process involves a high cavity, modular, liquid silicone injection tool and injection machine modifications. Novel aspects of the innovation are the development of new vacuum technology, a modular tool concept, a unique injector nozzle design and gate, runner and sprue modifications.
