Delphi Powder Metals
Delphi Powder Metals involve the formation of complex, uniform, cost effective metal parts by compacting and sintering metal powder. Techniques have primarily been used to create permanent magnet structures. Major advancements include the encapsulation of metal particles in thermoplastics to assist in the formation process, which allows for fewer steps in the process.
