The Delphi Exhaust Gas Steam Generation System consists of cylindrical stainless steel housing with an exhaust gas inlet and outlet collar allowing exhaust gas to travel through. A plurality of stainless steel tubes extend through the housing from a steam inlet manifold to a steam outlet manifold. The number and size of the tubes is determined by formula and dependent on an Euler, Reynolds, and Prandtl numbers along with porosity factors and system efficiency. The tubes may be comprised of either "S" or "U" shapes. The tubes can also be designed so that they include a plurality of cavities on the interior surfaces of each tube. These are comprised of conical or semi-conical spherical shapes and have a diameter determined according to formulas governing desired flow characteristics.
