Delphi's Winter Test & Development Site provides the facilities and surfaces to test vehicles and components under harsh winter-weather conditions, helping manufacturers ensure that their products will function in extreme environments.

Located in Michigan's Upper Peninsula in the United States, the Winter Test & Development Site experiences average temperatures between 2°F and 30°F (-16°C and -1°C) from mid-November to late March, conditions that are ideal for sustained cold-weather testing. And with average annual snowfall of 225 inches (572 centimeters), the site is well suited for vehicle traction, brake, and stability control testing and development.
