Delphi OCS Terminals

Delphi OCS Terminals are high performance, cavity compatible industry standard USCAR terminals with Delphi–specific interfaces and proven crimp technology. They are available in a wide product range of crimp sizes: 0. 13 mm2 to 3.0 mm2 (26 gauge to 12 gauge). The 1.5 mm and 2.8 mm sizes have an innovative contact geometry dual (primary and secondary) cantilever beam, which provides maximum contact force while minimizing engage force and permanent deflection.

The OCS Terminals are part of Delphi's OCS component series, which also includes connectors. Because the Delphi OCS is interchangeable with other existing connectors and terminal systems on the market, they enable easy integration for OEMs. The optimal component system includes using the OCS terminals and connectors together. They can also be implemented with other cavity-compatible industry standard components.

Constructed of proven, high grade copper alloy materials, female terminals are available in the following sizes:

  • 0.64 mm
  • 1.50 mm
  • 2.80 mm
