Career Opportunity
Career opportunities are offered for experienced candidates and recent graduates with bachelor and advanced degrees in a variety of areas including engineering, business, and science. We look for people with personal attributes such as integrity, leadership, innovation, and enthusiasm for learning.
Delphi Italy has a program offering recent graduates the opportunity to complete a "stage" (orientation training period) to facilitate entering the labor market. In addition, university students in their final year of study may complete a stage to carry out their degree thesis.
Community
Delphi Italy sponsors various initiatives within the local community, such as "open" days for families and children. Training courses are also open to non-Delphi employees in conjunction with a local university. Many Delphi employees belong to the national blood donors association and often volunteer in times of national disaster, such as the 2002 earthquake in Molise. Delphi also actively supports the international medical aid agency Medecins Sans Frontieres (Donors Without Borders).
