Global Labor Principles - Delphi's employees are our most valuable resource. We are committed to treating our employees with integrity and respect, wherever they work. While we comply with applicable laws in all locations where we conduct business, we also commit to the following principles that recognize and acknowledge basic human and labor rights available to all employees:

  • Freedom of Association
    We recognize the right of employees to communicate openly with management regarding working conditions without fear of retaliation or intimidation.

  • Health & Safety
    We are committed to protecting the health and safety of each employee as our overriding priority. Delphi believes that all occupational injuries and illnesses are preventable, and that there will be no compromise of an individual's well being in anything we do.
