What time of year do you hire interns or recent graduates?
We hire all year round. We have different business needs for each program, so please check our available opportunities. We highly recommend that you check back regularly to see what we have available.

How do I find out about opportunities at Delphi?
The Careers section of our website is a good place to begin. Please see our open positions using our job search tool. In addition, please review our Recruiting Calendar to see if we will be in your area soon.

Do opportunities remain posted after they are filled?
No, available positions are removed from the website as soon as they are filled.

Should I apply to multiple intern or recent graduate openings?
Please apply to any of the openings that you are interested in and meet the basic requirements. We will review your application to see where you might best fit.

Do you hire underclassmen such as Freshmen and Sophomores?
It depends on the positions available. You must still meet the basic requirements for the position. We highly recommend that you note any major-related coursework and other skillsets you have related to the position in order to be considered.

If I apply for an open position, will I be contacted after my resume is received?
After applying, you will receive an email to inform you that we have received your application. During the selection process, you will be kept informed of your status through additional emails.

How much time do I have to apply to an opportunity?
Generally, there is no set time limit for applying. Posting periods vary and depend on a number of factors, including the type of position, the location, or the hiring manager’s timeframe to fill it. Because of the high volume of applicants we receive, we recommend you respond quickly to an opening if you have an interest.

What should I expect during the interview process?
The interview process typically begins with a phone screen. If you are selected for further consideration, you will be invited for an onsite interview. The onsite interview usually consists of behavioral-based questions. For on-campus recruitments, you will typically have an interview on-campus first, and then have an onsite interview if selected for further consideration.

How should I dress for the interview?
Please arrive for your interview in business professional dress.

Do I need to reapply if I see a new position I am interested in?
Yes, please apply for any additional positions that interest you as they become available.
