Finance International Rotation Program

Delphi's Finance International Rotation Program is designed to expose you to a variety of financial disciplines including:

• Financial Planning & Analysis
• Treasury
• Product Business Unit (PBU) Finance
• Budgeting
• Tax
• Internal Audit
• Corporate Development / Mergers & Acquisitions

The program consists of three one-year assignments for undergraduates and two one-year assignments for MBA-level employees. All participants will have one of their rotations at a Delphi location based outside their country of hire, providing the employee with valuable international experience.

During your assignment, you will fully participate in the duties and responsibilities of the rotational financial discipline. Over the course of the program, you will develop a solid understanding of multiple financial disciplines and gain a greater appreciation for successful coordination between strategy, finance and operations. In addition to fulfilling job-related responsibilities, participants will share in ongoing professional education and professional activities, including periodic meetings with Delphi senior leadership team members. At the conclusion of the program, the goal is for graduates to be well-rounded employees who can be placed in a position of increased responsibility and contribute to the continuing success of Delphi.
